Let me start off by saying this,
Times were tough
I did what I had to do.
Don't get confused or anything
I did love him. Very much.
It's just that he got so sick
So fast
There was nothing I could do
Once he was gone, he was gone.
And things got harder
Dont get confused or anything
I did love Cinderella, as if she were my very own
But my daughters were
Quite frankly,
Useless to do anything
I had to make sure they were prepared
Prepared for a suitable husband.
Cinderlla was the one who could,
The only one who knew
Knew how to take care of things.
I only wanted the best for my girls
I tried so hard ro be a good mother
But no one could ever learn that.
They said I was cruel
I say its tough love.
I only did what I thought was best for all of us.
But no one would ever know that now.
