Super hero story

The Dysfunctionals
The Dysfunctionals are a dysfunctional family of super heroes. They never get along and always make everything worse, so no one ever calls them for missions. Each of them has a flaw that stands out. Parfait is the mother and wants everything in her family to be perfect in her family, but she can also teleport. Control Freak is their father and he always wants to be in charge and has the power of super strength. The daughters name is Outcast, she is a socially awkward teen trying to find herself. She hates having super powers so she never uses them. However, she can read minds.
One day while the Dysfunctionals were arguing at dinner, they heard a knock on their door.
“Who is it?” Said Control Freak, annoyed.
“It’s the Police”
Control Freak opened the door and asked what the problem was.
“There has recently been a murder in the city and we don’t know who the next target will be. The police are on it, but we were wondering if you would help us, we could sure use it,” responded the officer.
“You actually want our help? You must be new to this, don’t you know my family and I always mess everything up?” Control Freak said, laughing.
The police officer looked reluctant, “Well we’re desperate.”
“PARFAIT! OUTCAST! Come here,” yelled Control Freak.
They came to the door and everything was explained to them. Outcast automatically said no, but her father, being the person he is forced her to do it. He said it would give her a chance to break out of her shell. With that being said, the family set out with the officer to meet up with the others to discuss a plan.
The Dysfunctionals were going to stay together while the police searched the Downtown area. The murderer was approximately six feet. He was fair skinned and was last seen wearing a black jacket. His last murder took place about a half hour ago.
“When we find the man, I want you to talk to him and calm him down while I do the rest of the work. You’ll know what he’s thinking, use it to our advantage” Control Freak said to Outcast.
“You want me to talk a serial killer? You’re obviously crazy and I can’t even talk to normal people. You know that” Outcast replied.
The evidence the police had collected showed he had history of killing whole families.
“What if he was after our family?” said Parfait.
“He’d never be after our family. We don’t even do anything. There’d be no point” exclaimed Control Freak.
Once Parfait brought up this idea the family started arguing. They got so caught up in arguing they forgot about their mission. They had been driving and didn’t realize they had gotten lost and someone had been following them. Control Freak got out the car to look around and see if he recognized where they were.
“This is all your fault” he yelled.
When he got out the car another car pulled up behind him and out came a tall man wearing a black jacket.
“That’s him!” Outcast screamed, terrified.
“Shut up” her father yelled.
The man ran up to family and grabbed Outcast, covered her mouth, and held a gun to her head. Outcast was so scared she had forgotten all about her super powers.
In the meantime Parfait had teleported to the police station to let them know they had found the man. No one had even realized she was gone. The police were ecstatic. Finally the Dysfunctionals had done something right. They hadn’t even noticed they had actually helped out.
Control Freak used his incredible strength to fight off the man. He grabbed the gun and held the man position he couldn’t get out of, no matter how hard he tried.
Moments later the police arrived and arrested the man.
“I can’t thank you enough” said the officer. “This man is wanted in cities throughout the U.S and we finally got him, thanks to you guys.”
“I still wonder why he was after our family” replied Parfait.

Cinderella's Step-Mother

When most people hear my name,
One word comes to mind.
Evil.
Little do readers know,
There’s much more to the story of Cinderella,
Than once up a time.

The moment I met Cinderella’s father,
I could never get the same amount of attention as she did.
I had to fight for a glimpse in my direction,
While she just sat there not realizing how much interest he had in her
He was always watching, always smiling.
With each glance, and each grin,
I grew more and more jealous.

I knew with the beauty Cinderella held,
Many men would fight for her attention just as I had to do with her own father,
My own husband.
More beautiful than my own daughters,
I could not bring myself to admit it,
I knew something had to be done.

Years passed,
Days came and went.
We lost Cinderella’s father and I knew this was my chance.
No longer would she receive all the attention.
It was my turn.
It was my daughters’ turns.
Cinderella’s prime would come to an end.

Away went the ball gowns,
And in came the rags.
Away perfumes and the makeup,
And in came the brooms and mops.
No longer Daddy’s little girl,
But our little servant.

As the days went on,
I could see the smile was long gone off of Cinderella’s face.
With her smile drifting,
I felt a sense of accomplishment.
She would now know how it felt to be a position where happiness had to be fought for.

One day in the mail there came a letter.
An invitation to the ball addressed to Cinderella.
Immediately I disposed of it.
Why would she want to attend it anyways?
She had nothing to wear.
She had too many chores to do.
Besides if anyone were to go to the ball it would be my daughters.
Especially at this point, they were more eligible for a ball than Cinderella could ever be.

I should have realized her mood changing.
There was a little more of a swing in her step.
She pushed a little harder through her chores.
The corners of her mouth formed what to be a smile every so often.
I should have asked.

By the time I realized,
It was too late.
The fitting for the glass slipper had come.
I had not been thinking right and allowed Cinderella to come along with my daughters and me to try it on.
As each of my children sat before the prince,
The shoe did not slip on.
One too big, one too small.
Cinderella approached the chair,
It glided on with ease.

I had been played in my own game.
I had lost what I began.
My attention was still not won.
Cinderella had come out on top,
Leaving me and my daughters in the dust.
That is where the fairytale ends,
But I wouldn’t know, my fairytale had never begun.

Gothel`s Side -Jasmine

First off let me explain what I did to Rapunzel
I wasnt the evil vilian here
Ever since I got Rapunzel I have protected her from the world
I needed her hair to keep me young in order to care for her
I spent my entire life trying to be a good mother but Rapunzel was so ungrateful
She was too wild and I wanted her to be safe but she ran away from home and fell in love with some criminal
I really did love her but she must pay the consequens
Her consequen shall be to stay in the tower forever
I am the best mother to try so hard to keep her daughter safe
I really do love you Rapunzel
Please come back to mommy

Step- Mother

Let me start off by saying this,
Times were tough
I did what I had to do.
Don't get confused or anything
I did love him. Very much.
It's just that he got so sick
So fast
There was nothing I could do
Once he was gone, he was gone.
And things got harder
Dont get confused or anything
I did love Cinderella, as if she were my very own
But my daughters were
Quite frankly,
Useless to do anything
I had to make sure they were prepared
Prepared for a suitable husband.
Cinderlla was the one who could,
The only one who knew
Knew how to take care of things.
I only wanted the best for my girls
I tried so hard ro be a good mother
But no one could ever learn that.
They said I was cruel
I say its tough love.
I only did what I thought was best for all of us.
But no one would ever know that now.

Scar's motives

I was the younger brother,
always second best.
All I wanted was to be king.
Can you blame me?
I was left in the darkness of a cave,
only Mufasa's shadow.
Why would I kill the king?
I wanted everyone to like me.
I'm only an innocent lion.
Simba comitted the crime.
Be prepared? I was only in the moment..
It didn't mean a thing.
I would have never really let him fall.
He was my only nephew after all.
but now,
now I am probably the laughing stock of,
Lion King 1 1/2.

Scar’s Revenge

My name is scar.
You may have seen me on the big screen.
I don’t mean to seem that way.
You need to understand.
My older brother betrayed me.
He thinks it’s okay.
He took my Sarabi.
I don’t mean to brag,
But I’m better looking.
She changed her mind so fast.
He didn’t bother refusing.
I just want revenge.
He gets what he wants.
I want this to be the end.
I want what I want.
He never said sorry.
He never says hi.
I want my big brother.
Instead of turning him into hide
So before you judge,
Before you insist,
Think of what happened,
That made me like this.
Look in my eyes.
I don’t mean to be angry.
I want to apologize.
I just miss my Sarabi.

My Side of the Story - Courtney

Was it really so wrong for me to steal her voice?
Guys don’t like a lot of talking anyways
I was just saving her the trouble
I had to get back at her dad somehow
After everything he’s done to me
Making me what I am
How I am
Changing my friends to eels
There was no other way for me to get back at him than to take his precious daughter away from him
I don’t even have anything against her
She’s pretty
She’s nice enough
There was just no other way
She should be thanking me, I got her and Eric together against daddy’s will
Now they live happily ever after while I suffer alone
Nobody even cares anyways
Why should they?
I’m the “villain”
